This class was extremely helpful for me as a first time dad. Our instructor Keesler was very knowledgeable and was able to answer question I didn’t even know I had. I left there feeling like I had and advocate for natural child birth and more confident to tackle this life changing experience as first time parents.
Very informational and gave me more confidence about helping my partner through pregnancy.
My husband and I had such an amazing time attending the birth class at UPEC! The instructor was patient and explained everything thoroughly! She had a wealth of knowledge and was so supportive. I particularly love how they advocate for the black and brown community and want to give us as much knowledge as possible so we can have the education we need to advocate for ourselves. My husband and I have already signed up for our next class! Oh and the facility is beautiful!
