Have been using their water delivery service for over a decade and can’t recommend it enough. The water tastes great (especially out of the glass bottles) and the service is always prompt and friendly. So much healthier for people and planet than plastic bottles. Highly recommend!
I found Urban Oasis through a review someone posted on Sparkletts' Yelp page as a suggested alternative due to the big issues we were having after Sparkletts' acquisition. It was wonderful to talk to Richard, one of the owners and founders of Urban Oasis, who was incredibly caring, competent and responsive. The fact that there was actually someone at the other end of the phone who was patient enough to help sort out our problems and needs is remarkable in this day and age. I have found Urban Oasis staff and delivery personnel to be very helpful and professional. The glass water bottles and the contents both are excellent. I highly recommend Urban Oasis.
