Avoid this place. I pay electricity, and internet separately to other providers. On top of that, they added 12 extra ridiculous monthly fees to my bill. I won't be surprised if their employees's salary are allocated to the tenants' account. For example, a "valet trash" fee is charged every month, but no one has ever picked up the garbage from my door, not even once. My boyfriend and I moved into the Urban North apartments in 2022, it was the only place we toured, however, it was in our price range of $1500-$1600 base rent and none of the units have carpet, which is a plus since we have two cats. This is a great apartment for the location and price. They even offered us around $1400 for rent if we renewed! We bought house so we didn’t renew but 100% would’ve if that wasn’t the case. *****DO NOT RENT UNIT 224***** Would not recommend. DO NOT rent one of the units that faces the plant nursery and dumpsters, which there are several available right now (222, 124, 322), as you will be infested with gnats all year round. You will be responsible for making sure this gets treated and it gets out of hand VERY quickly. I have had to buy bug supplies on my own and in bulk. Love this place! Great amenities and friendly office staff. Any time I’ve had an issue with my apartment, the maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful too (:
I am dumbfounded by the personally motivated hostile attacks on the management and staff. This is my third year - I stay because it is quiet, (no loud music-no domestics, etc.)clean, and I feel safe here. Some people just have an axe to grind, grind, grind.
