Urban North Apartments has truly been home for us since the community opened in 2017. We were the second residents to sign a lease, and after living here for nearly nine years, I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful place to live. I stayed at this complex for nearly 7 years. If it wasn't for me relocating for my job, I would still be there. Jane and Danielle are amazing. The maintenance staff is very prompt and professional when work orders were put in. The parking garage is a big plus being able to keep my vehicle out of the hot Texas sun, and out of the snow and ice during the winter. I highly recommend this property.
I love it here!!! The leasing team and maintenance staff are all absolute angels, especially Danielle in the office. She has always been so helpful and prompt whenever issues arise in my apartment. The clubhouse is kept clean and tidy and is almost always empty! I love having people over to swim, play pool, or just hang out, it really is the perfect space. I’m so happy to be renewing my lease for another year!!
Going on my 3rd year living in here, and that alone is saying a lot. Clean facility; quick maintenance team; kind management. The common areas are maintained regularly, and aside from a noisy neighbor here or there, a welcoming community to boot. I’ve moved apartments consistently for the better part of the last decade, and this is the closest I have felt to calling one home. Keep it up 👍
In short, if you have pets, don't live in these apartments. The management is not friendly to people or animals; they don't even respect the fact that you have a service animal. Even if you have the necessary documentation, they couldn't care less. Furthermore, in the parking lot, they'll hit and scratch your car and NEVER take responsibility. They have absolutely no respect or regard for safety. DO NOT RENT HERE.
