Best place for anyone who is an athlete for recovery and to improve their mechanics! If you are an avid gym goer, I HIGH recommend coming here for all things recovery or even to improve mobility and movement patterns without any compensations. Staff is friendly and flexible with hours. The chiropractors here are all stars!
Dr. Ryan has fixed me! I workout 4-5 times a week and my body alignment is always trying to hold me back. I finally met Dr. Ryan through a friend's recommendation and now I go as often as I can! The staff is friendly and the facility is super clean!! If you’re looking for the best in LA Urban Med is it!!!
I am writing this while lying on another chiropractors table....who's practice is just two blocks away from my house. I now know this was not a good enough excuse to cheat!! Dr. M has ALWAYS treated my various back ailments quickly and professionally. She is truly skilled. I will be back because frankly, even after session two here, my back still hurts. FYI, Dr. M took me from barely walking (painful pinched nerve) to running a half marathon 9 days later...completely pain free and being able to love every step!
This review is long overdue. If I could give Dr.Pendon and his team a 10 star review I would! I’ve suffered from terrible back pain for years. Went to see multiple chiropractors but they didn’t ease any of the pain nor offer solutions. Decided to look for a physical therapy office instead and found Dr.Pendon. So glad I did!
