No joke, this is easily some of the best money I’ve ever spent. James is great. We walked in, told him our budget and requirements, and walked out 20 minutes later after purchasing the bed that we decided was best for us with his guidance. He wasn’t pushy and recommended a mattress that was actually a few hundred less than our budget ceiling. UM offers free mattress delivery and disposal of your old mattress which is super helpful.
