Shane helped us out this morning as we walked in on a whim to consider a new mattress. It was clear he knew his stuff and guided us to try different mattresses until we found the right one. His knowledge, attention to detail and to the product specs gave us enough confidence to turn an impromptu visit to a chance to invest in a piece of furniture that we will spend many many more hours in than anything else in our home. Shane was very helpful in explaining the different mattresses and letting me try them out. He also helped me buy the ideal pillow, which is so comfy! I highly recommend this business.
Great experience from the showroom through delivery! The APM person we looked at mattresses with in the showroom was friendly and super knowledgeable. The delivery guys were great too. One of the delivery guys remembered delivering my previous mattress 9 years ago. I think it says a lot about the company that he has stayed with them that long.
Deke was amazing. Had an issue and he was able to help and resolve it. Mattresses are top quality. Highly recommended
