I really liked living at City Place. It's a little too pricey for me to stay another year, but the location is amazing. Everyone was easy to work with. Maintenance was responsive. Interiors are lovely, big bay windows in the bedrooms and even the hallways are pleasant-looking. My only qualms are no fitness area and expensive parking.

My experience was as an applicant for a maintenance position. I was led to believe I’d get the job offer as soon as the hiring manager was back to work, as there are very few decent solid maintenance technicians in the Madison area, with as strong a resume..but essentially ghosted after 2 long interviews that seemingly went extremely well. Essentially strung along. I was interviewing many job opportunities and received offers, but this was the only one I would’ve been willing to accept if given the offer.
