I have had the good fortune to spend time with Chef during his prep time. The exacting care he puts into his high quality ingredients, the anticipation of the needs/wants of his customers, is very evident and shows his dedication. Veggie Couscous lovers rejoice(among all the others)

He was at the LAZ Parking golf tourney I worked today and I couldn't get enough of the shrimp!!! So good.
We need more stars... I like it I love it We want more of it!!! Need to eat Chef Charles creations and you will be helplessly hook on the taste of perfection!!! And he's a one of kind host a pleasure to talk to him each and every time...
