Amazing interpretation of Bang Bang Shrimp and also made a killer pasta with parm and butter for our kiddos while at the Bozrah Farmers Market. You guys are awesome!! Good portions. Good prices. Overall very impressed.
Chef Charles = always 5 stars. So glad his truck is here every day.
The fish tacos we had from Urban Gourmet at the Bozrah Farmers Market were really good. Looking forward to trying the Po'boy next!! AND the Chef is a very nice man!!

I don't get to Hartford often but when I do, I make sure it's around lunch time so I can visit Chef Charles. Steak and cheese Is amazing. Great color on the veggies so they're not raw like most places, and the steak is browned perfectly to release all those good flavors. Only criticism would be maybe a heartier bread to support all that goodness better. Fish tacos are fantastic. Breading on the fish is light and fish is moist and flakey.
