My call did NOT go to voicemail--spoke with Guy who reassured me that someone could come out the same day or I could schedule an appointment. The next day Guy arrived within 10 minutes of my 10:00-noon window. I received a text that he was on his way. Guy was a no-nonsense, get it done person, immediately identifying the problem and moving forward to repair my garage door. He worked like a machine, never stopping until the job was done! I contacted Urban Garage Door after hours and was able to immediately make an appointment for a service call the following day after work. Guy showed up on time at the beginning of the appointment window and immediately went to work. He gave me the repair options and ended up changing out my faulty garage spring for a much more robust system and at a fair price. My garage door has never sounded this smooth, even on the day it was newly installed. Thanks!

Excellent service! Of all the repair people we called, this one was the most immediate to come. Came in 20 minutes! Our garage door had come off its rails and one of the springs was loose. He replaced all the wheels and springs and our garage door is good as new! Highly recommend for efficient and quick service. Competitive pricing charged $320 for the whole thing. Thank you!
