Fantastic Service and Great Quality – Urban Florist, is one of the best flower shops I have ever used. The proprietor is an amazing artist. The way he weaves his flowers into beautiful creations, along with his assistants, they create a wonder to behold.
What a disappointment!! – In a nutshell, I ordered on a Thursday to be delivered the following day and they got there on Monday.... yes FOUR DAYS LATE!! It gets worse, I made several attempts to speak to someone regarding my order, unfortunately, my attempts were fruitless. I left various messages, no one got back to me. In addition, the flowers were not fresh, came in a box with a vase on the side... THIS WAS A TRUE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I am still waiting for a call back :-(
