Went in looking for a floral arrangement for a vault for burial . I was welcomed by a very friendly voice Marylou . I made mention how I did some research for such an arrangement and she help me with options. ( arrangement for a vault isn’t very common) not only was she very friendly but also very helpful, customer service to me is very important especially in a difficult time . loss of a loved one. Thank you again for your service and kindness.
I’m very happy with Urban Florist. I appreciate the updates on my order up to the day it was delivered.
The arrangement was nice, but it was not the arrangement I selected from the website. I selected pink tulips and the arrangement received was white tulips that hadn’t bloomed yet. It was pretty disappointing.
