This was a great experience and the staff was informative and very friendly. A great thing to do for self care.
I did my first float today. Went in with a migraine and a wonky neck from sleeping on it wrong. Walked out feeling refreshed with no headache and my neck is back to normal. Plus it's just a really cool relaxing hour.
