My neck gives me trouble. Was so refreshing and restorative to tired muscles. Total skeptic going in. Will be going back.
My first float was wonderful. There is so much potential for restoration and healing on all levels. I particularly noticed parasympathetic nervous system activation and musculoskeletal relaxation. I preferred a dark and quiet session although music and lighting can be customized. Minor discomforts were salt water in the eyes and mouth, which can be avoided. Sleek interior and friendly staff made for a very pleasant and welcoming experience.
First time in and it was cute, clean, welcoming and professional. April was an awesome host! Definitely a great first time experience and I'll be back! Highly recommended!
I've been twice now. I took my 17 year old son yesterday thinking it would be great for recovery after his HS football game. Because he is 17, I had to stay the whole time. I was very impressed that they said they had a pod open and I could float for free. That was a nice surprise. Mary and David took excellent care of us. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wish the bathroom was a little more spa like. It would be nice if there were more amenities to aid in getting ready after the float.
I had my first float experience today and it was wonderful! I have a couple chronic illnesses and for the first time in a long time I felt no pain for at least an hour! The staff was very nice and warm. I will definitely be back!!
This place is amazing! After 2 floats my arthritis inflammation is already reduced. I am walking better and for longer periods of time without pain.
