For me it was a disappointing experience. I had been so curious about trying it so I'm glad that I did but it was definitely a one time experience and I'm thankful that I only paid a small amount through Groupon.
I called in the morning and was able to schedule two float sessions for that same evening. The facilities were stylish, relaxing and very clean. The provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and nice big towels in each private suite for pre and post float showers. The staff was very professional and personable. No high pressure sales tactics but the experience sells its self. My husband and I are going back in the very near future.
I had my 2nd float recently, and was a walking pile of mush as I left. I do have to say that the experience is amazing, and I have the most vivid dreams after these experiences. Can't wait till my next one
I was super excited for my fiancé and I to come to urban float today. We had been talking about going to time. The staff were pleasant and informative and the place was very clean. Prior to our float there was a gentleman that one of the staff members spent an extensive time arguing about the process of suspending his account. First time floating I am 9 months Pregnant and needed to relieve body aches an pains...so amazing to feel "weightless" and to bond with baby:) Staff was awesome and super helpful and accommodating..will be back thanks!

I love this.. it took a couple times to really get the hang of it. I have a bad hip getting it replaced in January. My whole buddy aches from my hip.i floated last night and got done feeling so much better. I'm hooked ion it.
