I was so lucky to find Dr. Melchor. She is on top of all my eye needs. The staff is awesome and address me by name every time I come in. Love this place!!
I'm a little biased by my experience at Urban eyes due to the fact that my wonderful sister-in-law works there the staff was awesome they dilated my eyes. I give this company A plus disregard any other negative comments posted on this site because it's truly an awesome experience from beginning to end.
2nd time I've had a terrible experience with them. Staff was rude, acted as if I was doing them a favor coming there. Had arrived because my daughter's left contact was stuck in her eye. Receptionist wanted to read me the riot act because I didn't have my ID with me (left at office, was more concerned with daughters' pain). Said they needed a free "technician" to see her. I loved my visit with Urban Eyes. The whole Staff was Awesome
Honestly, the wait was 40 minutes. Got there on time. We had to leave without seeing doctor. Not sure I'll reschedule.
