I had an incredibly pleasant experience here with my six year old son! It was his first eye exam and he was a little nervous, but everyone we worked with was so kind and patient with him, and were very generous with their time. Our appointment ran long, and they stayed late to get him properly fitted and comfortable with his new glasses. Never once did I feel rushed or like we were an annoyance for being there so long.
