We booked a room with Urban Exec Suites 4 months in advance of a conference in LA. Put down $300 deposit. 30 Days prior to our expected stay we get an email stating they can no longer honor our reservation as their contract with the property was not renewed. Did they refund our deposit? No two days later they charged the second half of the payment, another $300. Try and book a room for a reasonable price less than 30 days before an event in downtown LA near the convention center. We're hosed. I sent a number of email request... read more
Don't ever stay with these people or their property... unreliable, rude, unapologetic. Had a very terrible experience.
Recently stayed at one of the UES suites located in LA. Smooth transition from your home to a very popular area that attracts a lot of attention. I would recommend to someone looking to travel and enjoy a luxury place to substitute that home feeling.
We are first time booking with Urban Executives!!! From the start of our planning and booking they were very courteous and answered all my questions quickly. Once arrived they did everything to get us settled in. The apartment felt like home as shown online. We are more than satisfied and definitely book again for future visits in LA! We surely recommend booking with Urban Executives!
