Dougie(Automotive Repair) saved us! Worked miracles to get a set of brand new winter tires & got us an appointment yesterday. Today I drove back to Philly from S.Jersey during the Eagles game in the 1st snow blizzard of the season, Took 2.3 hrs. to get home but made in time to see the Eagles kill Detroit in the 2nd half. Not one slip or slide. Passed 11 fender benders/stuck cars. Doug & the guys at Urban Auto - GREAT customer service! They got me & lilo boy home safely! ~Chris
