I had a poor experience with the staff at Dr. Barjeta Balidemaj, DC (Urban Chiropractic) in Jersey City. The front desk was extremely rude, short, and dismissive. Worse, they kept giving me contradictory information, so basic questions about the visit were never answered the same way twice. I left frustrated and unsure what I had actually been told. Clear communication should be the minimum in a healthcare office. I would not return or recommend this practice on the basis of the staff.stay away!!
Dr. B is a godsend! She is the best chiropractor I’ve ever worked with. The entire team is so welcoming, and it is such a peaceful atmosphere.

I love this place! Dr.B is great and knowledgeable and always makes me feel better. And Rose is always friendly, great at squeezing me into the schedule, and they're always punctual for my early morning appointments.
Love how clean and modern the office is, and the staff is super friendly! Dr. B is thorough and always makes sure I'm comfortable. Highly recommend.
