My first experience with Urban Brick was unfortunately not what I expected. I called in an order to go. The manager working the oven yelled at his employee when my pizza came out falling apart due to sticking to the oven. He then yelled my name across the restaurant yelling at me saying he will have to remake my pizza. I was startled, but remained calmed and waited.
