This place provided excellent service to us today despite coming in during their busy lunch rush. I can't eat dairy and so requested one of the workers to change her gloves and prep my dough separately and she had no problem doing so and taking extra care with my order. They also took the time to look up the ingredients of the vegan cheese for me when I asked, all while keeping the line moving.
I love it. We all get to make our own pizza. I have the option to spice things up and try a different sauce. I love the garlic butter sauce with spinach and garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. Yummy.
I love the pizza and there was no wait time for the food. I literally got my drink turned around and my pizza was done. Awesome experience y'all
Went here for lunch and there was not much of a rush. No one knew what they were doing so we waited 10 minutes to order. The lack of standardized procedure resulted in pizza done more on one side than the other. Ordered a Greek salad & had to tell their employee which dressing was Greek - she handed me Italian. This is a shame because I really wanted to like this Urban Bricks but it was a waste of money. Placed and paid online, when my boyfriend arrived to pick up the order they "didn't have any orders placed". Sent him a screenshot of my confirmation to which they said they had received it but hadn't put the order in the system yet.. My online order said it would be ready at 8:13 and it was 8:23 when he arrived. The pizza was terrible, it wasn't even the right pizza anddd they didn't even take the time to cut it. Won't ever try this place again....
