We tried to have lunch here, two adults and three children, including one with special needs. The person taking orders skipped over me, instead of trying to be helpful, she decided to take care of the group of 10+ behind me. That same group had already taken the only large table and covered it with their things. A policy that you can't sit until orders are placed would make a huge difference in your ability to provide a positive customer experience. I just tried Urban Bricks last night. I was so impressed with the variety of toppings, and how it's made right in front of you. When I heard the man say that'll be 8$ and some change, I was in awe. I got a pizza, and the garlic cheese sticks. Not only was it high quality and absolutely amazing, it was 8$ for an insane amount of food. LOVE this place.
