Unbelievably locked in to a YEAR subscription because apparently it said it was in the terms and conditions when I signed up on my son's birthday - I saw that nowhere upon signing up for it! I got a membership at sky zone trampoline park and when I cancelled there was no issue, I never expected this! I was on my way to the park when I was signing up for it, it's over an hour drive to get there from my location. Which sucks bad enough as it is. I definitely don’t recommend this establishment. My son 11 Year old son was assaulted (busted lip) by an over grown 15 year old boy. The assaulter was with a group of maybe 10 Hispanic boys playing dodgeball against smaller kids, at this point the kid put his dodgeball down and proceeded to run over and punch my kid in the mouth. No staff was in sight. I was told they had 5 call outs and they were extremely short staff. I feel this establishment lacked accountability and supervision. This place was a lot of fun. I've only ever been to another urban air, so I'm comparing this one to that one. It does not have the go-karts or the fun bumper carts that the other urban air had. However, its zip line was much better. If you're an adult that likes to go with your kid, they charge half the cost for adults, which I wish other trampoline places did. Today I visited this location and my son really enjoyed it but every time he wanted to go on a ride the attendants were on their cell phones or lying on the floor. There are several attractions that don't work and I also see a group of older kids around 17 years old who were running around behind small kids and playing and jumping where the children were.
