Paid a lot for something I didn't like at all and didn't even ask for. Asked them to change it up afterwards because I was very unhappy they told me that I haven't really made up my mind (I'm the type of person that when my mind is made up there's no changing it) and they said that they weren't going to do anything for over a month later and they we're going to charge me about the same amount as before. Love this salon, easy parking, welcoming comfortable atmosphere. Amanda is amazing and works magic! If you have naturally curly hair, give her a try. I, without worry, place my locks in her skillful hands and she does a beautiful job every time! If you are shopping around for a stylist, give her a try. You will not be disappointed. She even pleases my teenager, who has long straight hair and you know pleasing a teenager is almost impossible to do. ;)
It was amazing. There is no words to describe how awesome it was. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed. I'm not sure about the other but my hair stylist was awesome. There is as no words to describe her either. At first I had thought yeah you just sit there and wait until your hair is done. The when It happened she made it fun not boring. I had a greatctime. Had a wonderful experience at Urbaca today. Love the sort of "laid-back-urban" feel of the salon. My stylist Heather just moved to Urbaca from another salon, and there's a very good reason why so many of her clients have followed her over the bridge - she's amazing. Nails it every single time. Excellent stylist with spot-on color instincts. Best cuts I've ever had, and at my age I've had a few! She always adds that touch of interest that makes me leave feeling good.
