This hair salon with one of the hair stylists does good work. The business policies I question though. Last time my appointment went fine. The times in the summer last 3, almost the whole summer had my own appointments cancelled by the business, 2 of which was at last minute getting a call morning of. The other time in 48 hours.Whats more is if you do not cancel BEFORE 24 hours or no show by mistake, they charge you $88 for a haircut, whether or not your appointment was for that! Get Waxed Here with Sheri I have had my hair cut and have been waxed by Sherri multiple times. I can't begin to say enough about how thoughtful, professional and fun Sheri is. Although I still get a little bashful exposing myself, Sheri is humorous and quick to distract me from the process. I stopped getting my hair cut here because the price kept fluctuating. I never got an answer why sometimes I would pay $10 more for the same person.
If you live in Portland and want your hair done right, come to this salon. They are the hipster Willy Wonka of the hair world. Unfortunately there are no edible teacups inside. Cool vibe, always on trend, I can come in and say "Just make it different and fabulous" and Laci never fails to floor me with her mad skills. No need to go anywhere else. Ever.
