Absolutely satisfied! I had pitch black hair that I've been box dying for over 4 months that I wanted to change to my natural color again, red. I called and had an appointment set that day. The owner treated me and my hair wonderfully! I've had bad experiences with a lot of salons but he handled everything so professionally and made sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time.
