Doctor Schneid is attentive and great! Very professional.
Finding this place open is a game.
Dr. Schneid was polite, attentive, and thorough! He addressed all of my concerns and questions and never once talked down to me or made me feel stupid for not understanding something. He was also very patient with me during testing as I moved a bit with the adjusting lens. I will recommend him to friends and family!
Dr. Schneid is rude, condescending, controlling, and pushy. He discourages his customers from understanding and taking ownership of their own prescriptions, and he makes customers feel wrong at every turn. I kept hoping subsequent visits would get better, but they did not. At my third and last visit, he actually took away the boxes and foil labels of the trial contacts he had me try on, he refused to give them to me when I asked, and he acted like I was doing something wrong by asking for them, even though he'd freely given ... read more
