The staff at 3690 couts Street treat the clients horribly and give special treatment to only some of the residents they like. I was forced to leave and was told I would be able to get a chance to come back, sam instead brought three other past clients that were kick out after me. I've never received help while being in the program, I did a lot of things myself and it's sad that even when I had a job and was genuinely trying to get my life on track the staff including Sam we're trying their hardest to stop that from happening... read more
Great program! Clean and safe place.
This ILF program is a harm reduction program that helps people who are struggling with mental health issues, drug addiction, and homelessness. I've been here twice and from my point of view, this program really does help people recover their lives for the best. I wouldn't have made it as far as I have without this program right here. It's truly a "safe haven".
