Before I got my apartment I stayed here briefly. The management is bitter and sarcastic/demeaning to many of the clients and picks and chooses a few to treat well to maintain a clean image. Building is filthy, residents are scared to speak about how they truly feel (understandably so when sometimes speaking up is retaliated against). The staff at 3690 couts Street treat the clients horribly and give special treatment to only some of the residents they like. I was forced to leave and was told I would be able to get a chance to come back, sam instead brought three other past clients that were kick out after me. I've never received help while being in the program, I did a lot of things myself and it's sad that even when I had a job and was genuinely trying to get my life on track the staff including Sam we're trying their hardest to stop that from happening... read more
