Very poor experience, they try to trap people with a high deposit BEFORE even giving a lease and others on yelp say they may not refund this if the lease is not signed. The lease terms matter a lot and is always signed before any deposit or rent payment is made, for younger users information. That is definitely a red flag. Also, check yelp reviews, these google reviews are very different and very suspicious
