This is a another example of moving into a unit (that you viewed before accepting) out of desperation and being unhappy once you have a roof over your head. Most of what was said in this comment is entirely false and the racist remark is laughable considering the makeup of our clients and staff. Uptown property rental are scams and unprofessional. They want fix anything and when people complain they make them pay for the service by adding to the rent. They are rude and continually getting complaints about their services. I had to sue them because of damages from negligence to my furniture and household items. I have yet to get paid they keep saying we working on it and it’s been 6 months. Tenant complained of a leaking roof to which we sent several different roofers to repair. After getting behind on rent, we get notice of a lawsuit alleging we were negligent even though we had not been notified of further issue. Tenant tried to sue for a $2500 couch to which he was eventually given a judgment of the cost of cleaning it (which was only cleaned 5 months after the alleged initial damage). They come every month with filters for the A/C unit. When you call for repairs , either they never fix it or it takes several days. Our septic system sucks. Every once and a while it backs up. It backed up today, I called the emergency number because they have “special hours on Wednesday. Of course no one showed up. We cannot use any water in the house we have been renting for 6 years . I’m fed up!!!!

I phoned the after hours number this morning because of yesterday's maintenance repair didn't work. It happens. It's still leaking. The voice mail was not set up!! Highly unprofessional.
