There is crime and the staff is very unhelpful and just want your money and does not provide the facilities such as the club house or the business center. THis place used to be good but the new management is very very bad.

Their "Roam and Tow" policy is total BS. They make no provisions to obtain a visitor pass after the agents are gone for the day, yet they allow a tow company to randomly stop by to tow vehicles without decals/passes. The garage is NEVER full so this isn't a capacity issue. Constellation Tow Company also only tows nicer cars because I assume they think we're in a better position to pay their price gouging rates. Avoid this BS!
Place is amazing! Friendly staff, great location to live being central of Orlando and very close to I4. Extremely close to everything to Winter Park, Baldwin and you're Downtown in seconds without all of the foot traddic daily. 👍🏻👍🏻
Maintenance Service is poor. The majority of the time, service will have to be done more than once to fix the problem, even when they've claimed it to be fixed. I had issues with shower water leaking above me for weeks. After writing to corporate, I was appropriately reimbursed. I've had AC issues that have required multiple maintenance trips during the summer. It's just consistently bad. I like the location; that's about it.
The onsite management team, led by Adrien and David, are quick to respond to solvable issues, and work hard to help when unique problems arise. Recently our street lamps were dirtied and damaged by City workers during road construction. After much haggling with Orlando City officials, Adrien and staff successfully had the lamps replaced. Always communicative and open to constructive dialogue, the management staff work hard for Uptown resident's best interests.
