The clinic and its doctors are fantastic. But the new receptionist (don’t know her name, appears South Asian) is very rude and unprofessional. I get it the clinic is busy, but that does not justify rudeness. It’s the most pathetic thing that some small minded people, who has a little power, and proceed to go on a power trip.
First time visiting this clinic and had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and managed to fit me in quickly! Really appreciated how efficient and welcoming they were. Highly recommend.
A rare clinic where both Dr.Batavia along with the staff show genuine compassion, professionalism, and care at every step.
First time visiting, good experience with front desk and doctor. Would come again.
