I am grateful that Uptown scheduled a free, "healing check-up" one year after my root canal. Had this not happened, I would not have known that additional work is needed to avoid a worsening condition. This is what I would call responsible, pro-active dental care.
Great personalities, work done efficiently, all in all a good experience (for a root canal).
My problem was taken care of with great care and competence. I expect a full recovery from my recurrent abscess.

My position on question #6 is due to the fact the problem was described as somewhat rare and there is not a distinct issue to address. Even the item cost books did not have it listed. It is maybe this or that. I think the dentist will know better once he gets into the problem area. I am not complaining but wanted to explain my my answer to #6.
