I thought the entire experience was exceptional.
The staff is very friendly and professional. I am a very nervous patient and get a lot anxiety when it comes to dental work. The doctor made me feel at ease, they were kind, patient, understanding and very attentive to my needs. My procedure went smoothly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
This situation came on very quickly, and Uptown Endodontics went out of the way to accommodate getting me in on very short notice, but also did an outstanding job of identifying and correcting the problem that I was experiencing.
Great welcoming office staff. Comfortable professional look and feel. Dr. Parkin has a great manner and is obviously a skilled Endodontist.
Awesome very professional
Went in for my 3rd ever root canal and first ever visit with Uptown Endodontics. When I called for an appointment they scheduled me for about 4 days later (way sooner than I expected). Based on past root canal experiences I was bracing myself for an hour of pain. The shot was a little painful but pretty brief and I was pleasantly surprised at how numb I was throughout the procedure. Didn't feel any pain and the numbness went away about 2 hours later with minimal soreness. They did a great job!
Dr. Matthew Parkin did my root canal. I could tell how confident he feels about his skills and experience, which greatly put me at ease throughout the procedure. Besides this, he also gave me plenty of time to ask my scaredy-cat questions, and answered them patiently and in good humor. After a few minutes I was able to relax, and remained relaxed until he was finished. He did a complete and thorough job, and I feel much better now! I already bragged about him on Facebook. Thank you, Dr. Parkin and Uptown Endodontics!
The doctor was great, both friendly and personable and I did not feel a thing.
