Everyone was great and helpful.
Being 2000 miles away when i had tooth problems, it was Uptown who came to the rescue! They were very professional and did an outstanding solution of a root canal on my infected tooth.
Dr. Parkin stayed late to see me which I really appreciated. He is very personable, friendly and made me feel comfortable.
The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Parkin is amazing! So knowledgeable and kind! Thanks for making a difference in what could have been a not-so-great visit!
I needed an emergency root canal and most offices I contacted wouldn’t schedule me for a minimum of a week out.. As I was leaving the country in a few days, it was urgent that I have the procedure before traveling. After my dentist’s office contacted Uptown Endodontics, they scheduled me for the very same day. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, I had excellent patient care. Front staff, dental assistant and doctor were excellent.
I had an 8:15 AM appointment time, but the doctor did not show up until 8:50. I would expect him to be on time for his patients. He offered no apology for being late. In addition, I was unable to get to work on time. I scheduled the 8:15 appointment because I thought I would be seen promptly.
Having a back-up doctor for the weekend was a lifesaver as my pain continued much longer than predicted.
I appreciate the time you spent to find a dentist who could remove my infected tooth immediately. Thank you so much for your concern. I had a good experience.
