Went in for a Retul fitting. Chris spent three hours working with me and getting me set up. I took my first ride on the adjusted bike and it felt great. I would highly recommend the fitting, it was a great experience for me. Oh, and the repair shop is pretty awesome too.
We live an hour outside of Charlotte, but made the trip for a Saturday morning cold day Computrainer class. It was awesome. The staff is fantastic...very encouraging and professional. They have an excellent shop including a great selection of kid bikes. We will be back.
This is one of the best shops around. Friendly and reliable service.
I cannot say enough about this place. Extremely helpful staff and patient working with the mechanically ill-inclined (like myself). Retul Fitting is second to none and the only way to go in order to get comfy on the bike and get great results. Quality product offering, awesome computrainer classes, charming shop puppies, and the best cup of coffee in Charlotte. Keep up the good work Chris Sheehan!!!
This is a great LBS. The owners are local, the service is exceptional. In addition they have cycling Computrainer classes on the premises. Their selection is really good for LBS covering just about every category needed for road and mountain biking.
Great service and friendly people! Always make you feel welcome and willing order what they might not have in stock.
