This place is great! I came in because I wanted to start commuting by bike. Brandon took a lot of time with me, putting me on a variety of bikes to get me dialed into the right bike. I couldn't be happier with my experience or my purchase.
I hired a 56cm Carbon Specialized road bike from Upton, booking online via their website. I emailed Chris in advance to confirm availability and that I could also hire a helmet and GPS as I did not know the area - no issues. I sent over my measurements in advance from a previous bike fit and Chris let me know the bike was set-up and ready about 60 minutes before I was due to collect it. Loved the celebrity. Ashley was pleasant and everyone was accommodating!
I had a fantastic experience here this weekend! I went in last week to look for a bike in a specific color and Chris assisted me by having one brought from the warehouse for me to check out. When I went back to look at it this weekend, Ashley was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions about the bike, and riding in general since I'm fairly new to it. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and my interaction with her is what ultimately sealed the deal in me buying a bike from Uptown Cycles. Thanks guys!
