Had had a service visit for estimate of needed repair for an oven. The repair was expensive, so decided to replace the oven instead. Asked if they would do the removal and replace + haul away. Answer, no we don't do that. Haul away I get, but the remove and replace seemed like a repair might sometimes require this action. DO NOT CALL UPTOWN APPLIANCE IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR APPLIANCES EVER AGAIN. $4,161.43 SPENT WITH BOBBY AT UPTOWN APPLIANCE AND STILL MY OVEN DOES NOT WORK! THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS DINNERS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY BOTH RUINED!
I was quoted $320 to replace a gasket in my BOSCH dishwasher. Part $90 Labor and tax $230 Actual: Part $19 Labor 5 minutes of untrained effort (myself), I watched a 1 minute video to install it. That is abusive and unethical. Before you call them ..GOOGLE IT!!
