They charged me for 80 hrs of VA time. In mid Dec after about using 16hrs my VA told me that Upswing told her to take some time off. I have not been able to contact anyone from the company since then
Terrible experience. My VA started requesting she work for me directly since the company was not paying her her owed wages. Spoke to the owner who assured me my work would be taken care of and he would deal with the VA. Went on break for Christmas. I contact them again and was informed the company filed bankruptcy. Hmmm interesting when in had asked a few weeks prior for my money back. Stay away from this company. SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!! A guy named Dan Rosenberg, supposedly 'VP of Global Sales', put me in contact with a VA in the phillipines after i sent him $1008 for 200 hours of calls. he said that in a 20 hour call week, i should expect 18-20 leads/month . . . one month and 5 leads later, the VA sent me the following message: Hi Pierre; I apologize if I have been silent for a long time because we have been having trouble with upswing. I never write reviews im an easy going person who doesn't ask for much. But this required it upswing's service is absolutely horrible! You have been warned. They will offer you a fake guarantee and steal your money. Ask them what happens if they do not provide what they guarantee, because they won't. They will take your money your money and sign some bs contract. Then you won't be able to reach anyone and when you try to dispute the charges they have a signed contract stating no refunds. No response, will not return calls, my contact no longer works for Upswing and no leads in over two months.
Do not use this company. They cannot perform according to the terms of their own contract. These five star reviews are probably phony. There are many realtors unhappy with poor or no performance trying to get their money back. Cannot trust them they change their story every time you talk to them. Lots of excuses pretending their a large company & not responsible for the terms in their own contract
Great tech workers - instant access to valuable insight on projects. Some questionable, yet you get that anywhere ;D
Great to have but wish upswing would do more than just post to my facebook. Wish it would share things to groups as well as engage with people more.
