This place sucks!!!!! They owe me $1828.96 & refuse to give me back my money. All that they do is LIE!!!!! I went to BenchMark & they charged my debit card $75 each time. My insurance carrier already paid for my appointments but BenchMark which is owned by Upstream Rehabilitation still charged me. On 2/26/26 I was told my debit card would be credited. NOT DONE!!! Literally one of the worst offices I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke to someone two months ago and they said they would get the referral resolved so I called to find out what the hold up is and this lady tells me she doesn’t know who told me that but they don’t do that. So I’ve been waiting months while not improving function in my arm after almost losing it because of their negligence. I’ll be damned if I ever go through them.

I'm only giving one star because I have to. I had asked my doctor to send my information to a Benchmark location near me. Later that day I was receiving phone calls that as soon as answered went to an automated message. I had no idea who these people were. I called and then I was told that Benchmark uses them to initiate appointments. In my opinion the courtesy shown to the client by Upstream leaves an awful lot to be desired. Totally unprofessional. I’m confused on why it’s taking so long to issue our w2’s. I know that we have until the 30th, but literally waiting until the last minute is a bit ridiculous. I’ve called corporate and gotten no answer. I’ve filled out a contact form, no answer. When I spoke to a lady last week I asked for the corporate email. She doesn’t know anything or have any updates.
