BAD EMPLOYER. This is the kind of employer that is the demise of American workers. Don't waste time sending a resume and especially not submitting through a traveller agency for posted positions as they do not reply. There were 6 positions in OR and a few in WA that the regional manager for Benchmark still has not replied to submitted applicants. The care was ok at the Richland location, however, my issue is with the billing dept. Oasis does not bill in house, but is processed through upstream rehabilitation. I have only received 1 invoice, I have requested via email and by telephone, but have yet to receive one. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions, you are put on an immediate hold for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. My physical therapist was seeing myself and another client at the same time and then trying to catch-up on notes for another client. Not sure my recovery was taken all that seriously. Your patient portal is atrocious and when calling the automated system was the typical low quality run-around and eventually the phone call ended without ever having been connected to a service representative to help pay an outstanding amount. This company does business horribly bad! I had an evaluation at Peak Therapy in Sherman Texas on 12/10/24 and was told that I could request my medical records from this company. Well, let me tell you that it has been hell trying to get them to respond. It is now 12/27/24 and I still do not have them. I have followed all instructions on how to request them. And, Peak Therapy is just as bad, because they have told me that there is nothing they can do outside of providing their email and phone number. I left numerous messages, ... read more
