Cruel staff. But the surgeon was nice
The nurses here are angels! The staff is very responsive and always so helpful.
I used to love this place. The doctor I seen was amazing and I had seen him for years. Recently there has been a nurse that is completely stand offish, miserable and actually told me to just sit down and be quiet. I called and canceled my future appointments and will find a new place to get my procedures done. Another thing that really gets me is the mandatory use of masks. When they drop that I will think about going back. I know its for "people's safety" but if they are still scared of things than stay home!

I telephoned this practice on behalf of my 93 year old mother and spoke with Laurie. She was snitty, unprofessional and rude. When I attempted to explain my mother's situation to her, her response was a quick "uh-huh" and then dead silence. There was no attempt to be helpful or offer assistance.
