Dr. Jones and his staff were great to the layay and me her Aunt/Guardian.
My son who is 31 months had his first visit to the dentist at Upstate pediatric Dentistry. The staff was very nice and Dr. Jones made my son feel right at ease sitting in the "big boy" chair, as we called it. I was very pleased with the way the visit went and to have my 31 month old walk out and say nice mommy, meaning he liked it, really made me feel like I made the right choice choosing Dr. Jones.
I have found the PERFECT dental home for my daughters! Not only was Dr. Brian absolutely wonderful with my girls, but he gave me options for their treatment plans instead of adding pressure to do unnecessary and expensive procedures that many people have experienced at other practices.
The expercience at your office was painless and fun and Cedric didnt even cry.
We love it. My son actually likes coming to the dentist!
Jacob had a very good visit, on his last visit to a different dentist he had a bad experience and I was afraid that he would be very nervious this time. Dr. Jones was very sensitive to his needs and really took time to talk with Jacob about what was going on. I also had a phone call from Dr. Jones to check on how Jacob was doing after we got home from the dentist.
Professional and very caring staff!
Great practice from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. We love it!
