Dr Jones and his staff are the best. We came to Dr Jones after an emotional and difficult experience at another area dentist office. Dr Jones was able to complete several treatment needs in one visit. This is after a very expensive sedation appointment at another dentist office in which was unsuccessful in getting any treatment done. Dr Jones has a great approach to pediatric dentistry and both of my children are very comfortable receiving dental care at upstate pediatric dentistry. SAME AS ABOVE.4.5,EXCELLANT CARE AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
It was my daughter's first trip to the dentist, and although she wasn't as cooperative as I had hoped, Dr. Brian and the staff at UPD were wonderful. It takes a special kind of person (with a lot of patience) to do what they do. They are amazing.
The visit was very good. I had a much better experience here than i did at small smiles.
The best trip I could have hoped for. Right away, they knew my child's name, and made us feel right at home. The office is wonderful and the staff is outstanding. This was my daughter's first visit, at 2 years old, and more than I thought was possible!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you..
Upstate Pediatrics is awesome!!! As a mother of a very "Strong Willed Child" I knew I needed a dentist with excellent skill and knowledge for children. He was great and so was JoAnne. Of course the morning of our first visit we had a power struggle and we were running about 10 minutes late. Dr Jones office staff called to make sure we were alright, from that moment I knew they were going to be our new extended family!
