I want to thank UPD for making my child's first visit, wonderful. She may have not shown it during the visit (2 year old...of course she cried...a little) but she was super excited about telling everybody she knew where she had been that morning. Especially her Dad!! I was impressed with the office staff and Dr. Brian!! I look forward to taking Skylar back in Jan. Thank you UPD for a fantastic visit!!
My daughter was made to feel so comfortable despite her anxiety about going. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Brian made us feel like we were their only patient. Best of all, we were seen within just a few minutes of our scheduled time, not made to wait a long time.
We loved it, and hunter did so much better than he did at kool smiles
