Had one of my drivers in the waiting room on heavy drugs from the urgent care for a back injury and they sat him in the waiting room in a chair for hours. He needed a CT of his back and they just left left him. I called and was hung up on but a nurse and a supervisor??? He was passing out because of the medication in the waiting room and they didn't care!! I was a nurse was for 35 years, that is why I got out!! Nobody cares anymore!!
I came in with chest pain and coughing up blood. I waited 4 hours and was refused updates from anyone I asked. Given attitude when I was patient and simply seeking an update. I left with worse pain and coughed more blood up in my car. I WAS NEVER SEEN. I WAITED FOR 4 HOURS. I would recommend this place if you want to die in the waiting room. Unacceptable treatment. If I end up with something detrimental I will be sueing for medical malpractice
