Your priority should be treating- NOT asking about vaccines. That literally doesn’t matter if you’re already sick, especially when there’s no vaccine for said sickness. If you’re wondering why your eyes hurt, you can’t breathe, or you’re not getting better- look at the AC and return vents and even the windows are fully covered in dust. Syracuse Upstate ER is an absolute embarrassment to healthcare. This place is the definition of dysfunction. Hours of waiting with zero communication, zero urgency, and zero concern for patients. You’re treated like a number—actually, worse than a number—like an inconvenience for daring to need medical help. Staff were cold, dismissive, and openly annoyed when asked basic questions.
