We came home to no heat. They sent someone within a couple hours and had the problem fixed in an hour. Very helpful!
Upstate heating & plumbing my In-Laws purchased a wood stove through you guys and since they've gotten it they've had problems and now for some odd reason they can't seem to be in contact with anyone and it seems their blocked from your Facebook page.. If I purchased a stove from you guys and had an issue id hate to wait as long as them and to be blocked and ignored. This is NOT good customer service..
I would give it - stars but that's not an option!
