Great place doctor's are polite and understanding the nurse's are great

My experience would Upstate Health Care Center when it comes to their Dental Department has been abhorrent based on my multiple calls over 3 years. I have not able to get a new client list under this time while they still having this labeled on Medicare sites saying they're available. This only shows laziness on their side when it comes to the decency of informing new patients. I will make it official Complaint to New York State Medicare services on this matter because this is downright ridiculous.
