Could give 0 stars if I could. Most of the nurses are very condescending. One minute they act like they are, the next you’re just a fly in their ear. Last night I took my 3 month old baby, to the ER after falling on a hard floor; to get him checked out. We got there around 12:30am and we sat in a waiting room for 6 hours before they even got us into a room. After we got into a room they still took another hour and a half before we said we are done waiting and we are leaving. They didn’t give us a bassinet for my baby to slee... read more

The staff was good but my only advice is to make sure to bring a car seat if you arrive by paramedics. The Medicaid cabs cannot bring you home if you don’t have one. We were discharged and stuck at 2am. Although maybe the cab companies might consider keeping a spare in their trunk seeing how many of their customers include small children and the people that require the cab obviously didn’t not drive themselves to the hospital. It would get pretty crowded in that waiting room if every child had their car seat sitting there to... read more

Three hours waiting for my three year old to get stitch’s is absolutely ridiculous how do you see a three year old with blood still coming down her face and you have her sitting in a room for three hours absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely horrible horrible experience. Waited ten hours with a two month old baby...had to fight to have testing done for my baby, and then had to feed my baby after waiting all that time and nurse told me I needed to leave room and go to lobby to feed my baby. Rude nurses that didn't check on us, weren't helpful and I felt very uncomfortable. Left with my baby still sick and no answer why. Would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE my daughter was sent here by ambulance for appendicitis and they said it was just a uti and sent us home a few days later the hospital that sent us there in the first place informs me the uti came back negative I took her to another hospital and guess what my daughter did have appendicitis and her appendix has been safely removed.
