RecommendedMy daughter received excellent care. The staff were all very friendly and professional. My daughter is autistic and has special needs and she refuses to wear a mask. She was very sick and desperately needed to be seen. After explaining the situation, they made sure to get us inside a room quickly so they could accommodate Mikayla’s needs. Recommended by our on call Pediatrician to come here instead of the ER to avoid exposure and excessive wait for our infant with RSV. We had no idea this was here. However, the staff was efficient, kind and reassuring. My only complaint was intake was slightly slow due to having to repeat myself to the young lady transcribing the information for the nurse, however, I feel it bothered the nurse more than myself. After hours care is very convenient. Always had a pleasant experience so far. Usually in and out in an hour.
Been with both my kids. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful and we were in and out quickly with the exception of one time (and they were super busy)
We were in and out in an hour. Staff was wonderful! Very friendly and the doctor was very informative and she told my son everything she was doing before she did anything. The nurse called this afternoon to follow up and see how we were doing.

Every time I have visited Golisano after hours the staff have been pleasant, the building clean and the wait not super long. I am impressed and continue to go there when need be and would recommend it to anyone with children.
